Exclamation Eat fish - grow fins?

Following on from "Fresh Fish is best " here are some interesting reads from the government - the same gov. that said oliy fish is good for you last week is also suggesting that oily fish is not good for you in the same week - so which is it??

Enjoy the controversy. . . if not the fish.

Feels like it after burning the shop down Adrian, 'almost' and filling in masses of those insurance forms. Still short on time at the mo.

Best is - we all got it under control in 58 seconds (according to the security video cameras) but when the firemen came in they set it off again and couldnt get it out after that - plus they only carried one Co2 cylinder and had to use ours plus an extra one they had to radio in for.
Then after they went off - it started up again and had to call them back out.

I've got a great video of it all but its too large to put up on the web.
