Diving in Pembrokeshire?

I've just received this from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum:

To all dive clubs using harbours and launch sites within the
Pembrokeshire Coast National Park:
Most of our local harbours and some launch sites have
recently resigned their leases from the National Park and new
operating procedures and charges may apply to sites which you use.
Please support the small boat harbours by following local agreements.
If you have any concerns or problems please contact the
harbours directly or the Pembrokeshire Coast national Park on
0845 3457275.
