BSAC South East region in association with London and Southern regions proudly presents the fifth annual conference - DiverSE'10.

The event will be back at the excellent venue of University of Surrey, Guildford on Sunday 14th March 2010.

The event is a fun an informative day out for diver of all interests and levels from beginner to instructor and technical.

We again have a diverse range of top flight speakers, with something for everyone.

• Cave diver Rick Stanton will be recounting some of his amazing tales.
• Top underwater photography expert Maria Munn will be giving some of her tips and tricks.
• Hear how Southsea SAC solved the mystery of a mysterious group of wrecked WW2 armoured vehicles.
• Roz Lunn will be speaking about her experiences on Darwen BSAC's expedition to the Falklands.
• The Maritime and Coastguard Agency will be giving an insight into their work in the diving world.
• Gareth Lock will be putting his work in the aviation industry to use analysing the human elements of diving incidents.
• More great speakers will be announced soon.

We have had great feedback form previous events some of the comments from last year’s event include:

• Was a fantastic day with a good variety of talkers with right amounts of talking/breaks etc. Good location.
• The conference with it’s high quality speakers is better than DOC

• Jim Standing will be telling us how to keep warm on dives as he explains the science behind it.
  
• Project Baseline is a great marine conservation and survey project we can all get involved in, Rich Walker will be telling us how.

Just walked in from DiverSE - a really well put together one day conference, put on by the BSAC South Eastern coaching team - for those who've not come across it before. Just wanted to say well done Graham and your team. You did a terrific job organising it and I really enjoyed listening to the presentations.

Plus it was a most excellent social day out. Put a couple of names to faces and caught up with some people from my old dive club (really good to see you Jock and Pauline).
