Thank you BSAC instructor training

It's brilliant. I was stood up in front of a dozen German strangers yesterday presenting one of my company's products and I was completely relaxed, kept them all involved and it went really really well. I put it all down to the training on the IFC and AIC and some regular practice.

Even if you never teach diving, the IFC is an excellent course and is incredibly useful if you ever have to present or teach anything with work.

I even got a little round of applause...

Seconded,

I couldn't stand in front of anyone and lecture before I did my Instr stuff.

Re: Thank you BSAC instructor training

I did three 'How to Present' type courses, 1 with uni, 1 with work and the BSAC instructor course.

The most useful by far was the BSAC course. The other two were pants, especially the expensive corporate one.

This I find hard to believe Steve

Have to agree the IFC is a rather fantastic course. What I took from it into my working life was a way to better structure presentations. To be effective and say what I was trying to say.

Re: Thank you BSAC instructor training

scarily i have only read a little bit of the IFC notes and have already started to get a better response to work presentations. I have even started to do the demonstrate then repeat bit with people out on site when proving circuits dead and locking off.
