You're quite correct of course Gareth but I was responding to a self confessed newbie diver.

What's the expression? Ponies for courses? Sorry, sorry.

Edit/: On a more serious note I do believe that proper buddies should be well within 30 seconds of each other if only because of that example. 30 seconds is actually quite a lot of time (generally speaking) unnawata.
