Done it a couple of times myself, to the south of Kuwait City.
Can I suggest you contact BBR Dive Center tel (from England) 00965 395 0223 (or 00965 565 1075 (I think)) and ask them what you want. They have a web site, but I can't find the address I'm afraid, so you may wish to surf around yourself.
