My friends and I (mostly divers from Boston area) chartered a boat for a full dive trip at the Galapagos (includes Darwin&Wolf) and have two spots available. The trip is Nov. 12-22 with Nov 14-21 spent on the boat-rest in Quito. We were there last year on the same boat (Daphne) and liked it so much that wanted to go back. Cost is $2740 for everything in Ecuador (not including flight from US to mainland Ecuador). If interested, please contact me for further info.
