Ok will be diving in the Farne Is/St Abbs using a 5mm neoprene Typhoon seamaster next week. I'm wondering whether I'll need my my sungpak/weezle or my all in one Thermocline fourth element?

Not unless your cold blooded, sea temps are about 14Deg C around the NE coasts so a simple base layer with a neo should be more than fine
