Camping around there, well I've used Higher Rew Farm. Good showers etc. However Summer bookings get taken up early so you will probably have to find somewhere else. There are a few.

Salcombe Diving has seriously scaled down its operation, it is essential a fishing tackle shop with a compressor. I believe they can still offer air but I would check first if you want nitrox. We were there in June and made prior arrangement for O2 and He to be available and did our own blending. When the compressor broke we got air tops from Pat on Lodesman at an inflated cost :( Compressor was up and running by the end of the week.
