sun island maldives

has anyone recently returned from Sun Island, Maldives? How has the Tsunami affected the island, and the surrounding sea? Four of us are going to dive there in April and we cannot get any info.We are due to pay the balance in a couple of weeks, therefore time is running out.How does anyone think the Tsunami will affect corals and marine life for the future?

According to the official Maldives site, Sun Island is fully operational. You could try emailing the resort to get further information. I would doubt that the coral and marine life has been affected much in this situation, personally.
