Hi,

Been lurking for a while now and now decided to join the forum. I'm a PADI MSD but used to be a BSAC diver when I was in the forces (still got the book somewhere) and only did my novice diver but didn't like diving with the Joint Services SAC. Live in Brighton and just dive with my mates.

I was in the Navy but the RN Sub Aqua Club was officers only (pillocks) so I did mine with the Royal Engineers in Portsmouth but it was like a busmans holiday. I went away from the RN for the weekend and then it was Yes Sarge no Sarge yes Sir no Sir so I gave it up. Met up with a mate who was a PADI instructor when I left and he put me through it all and now I dive anywhere except Brighton.
