Never had a problem myself. You get a 20Kg weight allowance - I usually manage to do my full dive kit, and my week of clothing with a couple of Kg to spare!

Hi,
I have used Thomas Cook many times when arranging group trips from most of teh Regional airports in the UK and without any problems.
20kg allowance but contact customer services and prebook any additional baggage requirements as required, its cheaper than taking a hit at the check in desk and the last group that went out there in February (18 divers) paid £10 each way for 10kg.
They took ponies and all!!!:eek:

I prebooked it for them an TC were very helpfull
