Well this isn't anything related to diving, but I think is is interesting to see what technologies can achieve and save some "carbon emissions".

Having said that it would be interesting to see what the payback time is as cement and aluminum works have to be the biggest consumers of energy to produce these materials in the first place.
Maybe these technologies will be able to supply further development in the future ? :)
