Servicing 02 Kit.

:confused: Hi all , was checking our club o2 kit last night and realised it needed servicing , also noticed the the air in the "d" size cyclinder was out of date ?
Can anyone tell me where i can get the kit serviced and approx how much please , we're a manchester based club .
Also i've never heard of o2 being out of date can anyone elaborate please :)

I don't kow who we use for servicing, but I expect that the O2 has an expiry date as it is sold for medicinal purposes. Could be talking tosh there though Neil.

or SOS who are now based in Mold

I don't know about O2 being out of date but I would think if you checked and tested your set on a regular basis then it would be OK.

Divequip www.divequip.co.uk will service your kit. If the cylinder is out of test it is not a problem as they only need to have a current stamp at the time of filling. If you haven't used it then you can keep it for years and years.
