Advanced Diver AP2 Training (AI Required)

Hello There

We have an AD candidate who would like to organise 2 days of diving at a place where the sites are unknown to her. Basically out of Dunbar. She has had AT1 and AP1 already signed off but needs an AI to actively dive with our branch over the 2 days.

She would be organising the diving with 2 RIBS and 8 divers. Probably 4 dives and will be arranging some accomodation etc. (One of whom would be the AI)

I have discussed this with the Yorkshire Regional Coash and basically we are on our own with this as we do not have an AI in the Branch.

Are there any AI's out there that would like to help her/us out with this?

We have initially penciled in 21/22nd July or 28/29th July for this.

I'm not sure that is quite a fair assessment of the conversation (remember I was cc'd on most of it). I have actually been doing quite a lot of work behind the scenes to try to sort out a way forward for the whole region on this. I appreciate it is a stumbling block and am trying to work something out. Personally, (as an AI) I have not got a free weekend until July and I think this is fairly well reflected in the rest of the team.

You are not on your own, we are working for you to sort this out. Can you PM me with details on what your branch would be willing to cover expenses wise for an AI to come along (we don't expect full expenses).
