ok as a total newbie to BCD lift requirments i am wondering what kind of lift factor i am going to need to suit myself.

i weigh around 17 stone, use a neopreane drysuit, a 12l 232 bar tank and in seawater carry 30lb of lead.


will a lift factor of 16.66Kg or 160N.be apropriate?
