World Map for Dive Log Book

Hi,

Does anybody know of any world maps that can be printed and put in a dive log book (standard size)? I want to put "x marks the spot" on my various dive locations.

Have you tried saving an image from Google Earth and then using the wallet-size from Print Wizard?
