HI All,
This mornings Metro (a widely read, free London paper) carries a version of the below URL story-

The Metro's version states that the MOD have yet again turned the application down the the relatives group is now seeking to have the goverment overule the MOD by threatening to take the matter to a european court.
This is a troubling development, we "got off" lightly from the MOD's initail wreck ban (despite a couple of them being firm favourite dives of mine :(
The banning of diving on non-military wrecks could lead to a number of popular wrecks being considered if these people get their case heard widely enough and a story in the Metro is pretty wide- trust me.
Thoughts anyone?
