We haven't quite got the time settings right yet. The server itself isn't yet hooked up to an NTP server (a master computer that tells you the correct time) and when it is there's settings for DTS that will filter through to the forums... One of those annoying little "We'll get around to it" glitches - fiddle the settings in your User CP until it looks right to you for now :)
