As we approach September there is the possibility of a dedicated specialist "seal trip" for a maximum of 12 divers.
There is also the possibility of the long awaited "herring dive" ... offshore into herring shoals ...IF they are spotted this year.
For the specialist seal trip photographers are most welcome. expect to get VERY close!
Divers must have experience of dry suit diving (or have a very good semi-dry and be very hardy!), must be comfortable diving in UK waters at relatively exposed sites (e.g Farnes).max depth 25m (most diving at less than 15m)
For the "herring dive" again absolute max will be 12 divers. Divers will need to be strong swimmers, with significant experience of diving in UK waters. Divers will be required to use SMBs (one per buddy pair) throughout the dive.Max depth 25m.
