Howdy all,
Firstly good to meet many people here in the "real world" at the DOC, putting faces to Avatars is always entertaining!
Anyway, my point is that whilst speaking to several people, it became aparent that although the FAQ and these help and feedback forums are a great resource, untill you know how to access them properly, they're not achieving their ultimate goal- to make every user of these forums aware of, and able to do, all that the forums support (which is lots, I haven't even really started digging!)
To that end, I've started an area for the forums on the BSAC Wiki... So feel free to chip in with any ideas, not matter how small or concievably (sorry, I can't spell) insignificant- and specifically for people who've never used forums before (i.e. me, I'm up to week 2 now I think...)
Cheers,
Ben
Oops, link would be good, wouldn't it :)
