Coming Home

Finally we are coming home from Israel. No it isn't because of the 'Middle East Crisis' we are British we don't do running away! Anyway I need some expert advice concerning an ISP over here my ISP charge a monthly payment of about GBP 10.00 regardless of how long I used my computer. I just don't have a clue as to what to look for in the UK.

Any help much appreciated.
