Hi there new to diving and i am looking for a dive buddy in Fife Scotland.

You should turn through 360 degrees and, if you can't see him after 30 seconds make your way up to the surface at your normal speed. You should find him surfacing at about the same time..... Or have I misunderstood you? :D
