A webcam link to a diving doctor who can help out with a DCI diagnosis (on request from the hyperbaric injuries line). I'm pretty sure that the majority of cases will end in 'come in anyway', but it seemed an interesting use of technology. I was reminded of Helen sending photos of her bend to a doctor via camera phone.
