Found - Shiny piece of kit found in the water at Stoney on Sunday

If you think its yours, let me know what it is & where you lost it

(excludes people who were on the dive when it was found and any members of LSUSAC :p )

If it's a polar bears weight belt (with weights therein), then it's my lovely wife's!

Nope - none of the guesses were correct...

According to eBay the torch (new) was worth about £20

Oops clue given

Hi - Only just read your post......

Re item found at Stoney Aug 06- torch? - something shiny

About that time I lost a small black anodised finish LED torch with a 1w lueon bulb(similar to an IST design) It is approx 30mm diameter x 140mm long. On the end it has a screw hole where a lanyard should screw in ;-) it also has some thin yellow rings on it and some o rings for grip. You rotate the head to turn it on.

The item was lost somewhere between the bus stop and the staingarth as I leant it to a trainee!! (expensive dive)

If you do have it and are kind enough to return it please email for reward / delivery instructions mike.d.smithATntlworldDOTcom

replacing the at and dot with the relevant

thanks -
Mike

Nick,

I lost a torch at Stoney but it was a few months ago not just lately. It was new so maybe, just maybe it is it, if it is, it is a Ikelite PC blue in colour. I lost it after going over the 6m ledge and before reaching the Stanegarth.
