Probably set up differently. Could be interstage pressure, cracking resistance, or other things. take it to your local dive shop and get them to adjust it

Agree with Pete. Must be a set-up problem following service. The last place I took mine to had three goes before I gave up and sent it to Apex Customer Services (who of course did a A1 perfect job, and sent it back with a full written report). They had adjusted the ATX200 second stage so bad, that the ATX40 Octo and my old R190 breathed easier.

I don't understand why it has to be so difficult! (don't get me started on servicing! ;) )
