Dry Dive - Wirral 27th May 2006 Hyperbaric chamber

Right well Bradford Uni are off to the hyperbaric chamber on the 27th of May - there are spaces for 20 people in the chamber and we only have 15 seats taken. I have been told I can open it up to you guys if you are interested.

Its £25 per person in cash on the day but I may ask you to send me a cheque in advance so I cna guarantee you turning up!

If you've never done a Pot Dive before, strongly recommend it. If you are not hot on physics, you'll hopefully find that slabs of information suddenly slam into place after you've done the dive. Ie if you put a gas under pressure, you get a temperature change.

I was privileged to spend time with this team over the Millennium Eve, following them for a story about Hyperbaric Medicine for 990, absolutely fascinating and very educational.

An interesting point to note. In the unlikely event that you end up being treated in a hyperbaric chamber, if you've done a "fun" pot dive previously, you tend to respond to treatment better, because you know what is going to happen to you.
