I've had a Cressi Archimedes mk1 (the Mk2 is just out) for about 6 years. No problems apart from the fact that it appears to be taking longer and longer to revert from dive mode back to standard mode after surfacing from a salt water dive. I now have to flush it with fresh water and give it a shake to get it to change mode. However it does not show any such delay when diving in fresh water. Its annoying because you cant acces the dive log when its still in dive mode.
I presume this relates to its method of "water activation" and electrical conductivity between two electrodes or something similar.
Has anyone noticed a similar problem?
The de-saturation times dont seem to be altered when it remains in dive mode. Should I be worried?
