Once again a big thank you to our forum users! Reporting posts to us like todays China one are very useful, my email suddenly went mad with four or five people reporting it! Adrian got in there first today - cheers mate :)
Now I was thinking... maybe we could tie this into the blob tart race ;) How about for the next one we get 100 blob points for reporting and 200 to the first person to report it :D We need to do something because my initial record of 4 minutes from spam post to deletion and user banning has yet to be beaten!

Yes - you lot were slacking this morning, I think that it was at least three minutes from reporting it to it disappearing ;)

Well, I was banning kiddies[1] on the Wiki yesterday within a minute...

[1] I'm convinced it wasn't a bot; the timing of the attack was rapid, but the volume was low, so it looks like a manually-operated tool. Additionally, since I put in the filter regex, there were 3 attempts, which all failed, followed by a completely different type of attack. Adrian got that one, and I updated the regex to prevent it happening again...
