Hey,

As the the title suggests my iPod needs repairing (internal head phone jack), i know there are mini companies which do repairs and Apple of course (though i refuse to pay their rates for a simple problem), i was wondering if anyone had any previous experiences with any other repairing companies?

Thanks in advance,

Cheers,

Gareth

If it's the headphone jack, have a look down it and remove any fluff with a pin. Then get some surgical spirit, remove almost all the fluff from a cotton bud, lightly wet the bud with the spirit and give it a bloody good clean. Leave to dry for 10 mins.

Did this with my daugters ipod touch and it worked a treat.
