Snorkelling in the South East?

Hi there!

does anyone know of any good snorkelling sites within easy reach of London? I'm thinking of taking a few day trips when the weather warms up and love to snorkel!

By far the best places in this country from London are around the Dorset coast. Lulworth Cove or Swanage are brilliant. Check out my web site and see for yourself

The purbeck area is great.Probably reachable within two hours of London.
I have been trying out areas suggested by a book by John and Vicki Hinchcliffe called dive dorset not sure if its still in print but it gives good detail on venues from Bournemouth toChesil beach .My personal favourite is Dancing ledge nr Langton matravas.Have seen lots of spider crabs and big Bass under Swanage Pier recently.
