List Hijack!

Hi All, and sorry for hijacking the list;-) I'm an 34 yr old bloke living in central Scotland (Dunfermline) and interested in learning to snorkel properly. I've got my own mask/fins/snorkel but can't find any info on local clubs/pools/places to learn. (I don't have the free time/cash to start scuba diving at the moment but enjoyed a bit of mild snorkeling on holiday).
If anyone wants a skills trade I'm a RYA Safety boat coxswain and Level 2 / Safety boat instructor... so I may be prepared to sit in your boat for you while you have fun some of these rainy Scottish weekends!

Your best bet would be to contact Paul Ewen on north.sdo@bsac.com who will be able to advise you on branches in your area. You could also look on the branch list on this site.

Thanks Sal, I had a look at the branch list but nothing leapt out at me... fortunately Paul has already emailed me!
Thanks for the input anyway :) Oh and if anyone could use a decent boat handler / dogsbody then drop me an email, I can't promise I'll be available as work is a bit crazy these days but I'll see what I can do.

We are in the West of Scotland, in Alexandria, near Dumbarton.
Would this be too far to travel on a Friday night?
