I am travelling down to Dawlish on holiday in August with my "buddy" (my granddaughter). Do you know of any good sites around that area?

The best snorkel beach that I know of near Dawlish is Sandy Bay at the Haven Devon Cliffs Holiday Park just east of exmouth. There is a good bus service to Sandy Bay from Exmouth or if you go by car Haven charge a modest car park fee for access to the beach. Near the cliffs that line the east of the beach there is good underwater scenery.

Hi Sal,

I saw this message from a while ago. I'm also interested in finding about snorkelling sites in Dorset - I wonder if you've still got that list?

I don't suppose you know if there's a club in Dorset at all?

thanks for your help,

Scott.
