OWI new to snorkelling

Hi Guys
Cpl of questions for you all :)
Im an OWI Dive Leader of a club who has a few youngsters who wanto to do snorkelling.
My questions,

How do we get some Assistant Snorkel instructors trained ?
as a few members would do the assistant but dont want to go on a full BSAC instructor course. Can we do anything in house ?

im sure ive missed something but ill post some more questions as we get them :)

We are in Rotherham and would like to do something "in house"
we need info on ass' snork' inst i think to get the kids actually doing something in the pool.
