Hello.
So where in Ireland are you and where do you dive? Spent a happy week in Lough Erne a years ago. An amazing place.

Sorry guys, thanks for the welcome. I completely forgot this site, usually the forum posts come up on my email.
I dive in Dublin, we (as in the club) have our boat in Dun Laoghaire, often dive Dalkey Island & the Muglins.
But the nicer dives are always around the west coast of Ireland when we get a chance to go away. I had the best dive up in Mayo, lots of boulders, gulleys, fish, eels, the viz was great, it was like being in Disneyland.
I'm supposed to take my Club Diver 2 star test next Sunday, nervous as hell, especially the last 2 training dives I came into problems with snorkeling out in the current. Still have yet to lead a dive in practice. I had to take a break as well because my sinuses were inflammed, had a headache for 6 days straight after a dive. We shall see on Sunday, its the last chance to dive this year too.

Late is great! :D Never mind you are here.
I went on a liveaboard in the Red Sea and was joined by a great team of divers from Dublin. They all managed to get to the meal table before I did and I never worked out why. :p

MMMM Red Sea, sounds so lovely now. Do ya know who these Dubs were from? I think I'm ready to put up my fins in Ireland for the winter, well until we do snorks in Jan.
