Will a 14kg (30 lb) wing provide enough lift to carry a 15lt and pony???? Thanks guys

Well that's about 4Kgs of gas so if you're neutral on empty with the wing deflated you have the best part of 10Kgs to cope with nasty problems like a dry suit flood.
I would say it was plenty.

Yes.... http://www.subaqua.co.uk/cgi-bin/cylinder-buoyancy.cgi
People seem to ask this question about wings a lot, no one ever questions BCDs though.
Thanks for the replys. Suppose the lift capabilities doesn't take into account any lift from the gas in a dry suit

I've noticed that as well - I suspect it is because most people see all BCDs as equivalent and therefore capable of doing what BCD's do, i.e. carry a "normal" cylinder and pony and not a lot else. When they look at wings they suddenly notice that pretty much every true wing (i.e. not a BCD marketed as a wing) has a lift associated with it and do not understand how to apply that.

Nope and neither should it as you may not be diving with one

As above, it shouldn't. You may not have a drysuit, you may not have a working one.
You also need to make sure your wetsuit doesn't compress too much as any lift you have near the surface will disappear as you get deeper. This means you might not have enough lift to rescue someone else.
