But a personal ?thank you? from me for supporting the motions to enable electronic voting, both of these motions were passed by a majority of over 90%! The articles will now be amended and for future votes we will have the option of using electronic voting and proxies.
The 12yo motion was supported by a majority over 60% (again). Council noted the repeated majority view of our members at our meeting on Sunday, the issue of 12yo?s diving within a BSAC branch has therefore been passed to NDC for their specialist input and the NDO will report back to Council at our July meeting.
Everybody I spoke to over the weekend commented on the arrangement done by Kingston and Elmbride SAC. The branch did a BRILLIANT job, it was due to them that the whole day was such a success.
