View Full Version : Commercial Diver training
Has anyone possess information about commercial diver training centres? So far I found only PDA in Dunoon and The Underwater Centre in Fort William.
Which one provides the best training?

I posses some info re commie training..... Keep your money in your pocket, there are loads of experienced commies out there that are not working at the moment, the industry is very quiet.
Although the training companies would have you believe otherwise, well, that is their job after all....
I did my training at the underwater centre if Fort William. The only other place for the full commercial coure is the profesional diving academy at Dunoon.
Since doing my course I have struggled to find any employment, I work for one company but only occasionally.
If you still want to do your training I would look to going abroad, possibly South Africa.
Good luck if you decide to go ahead. But don't believe what the schools tell you. You will find it hard to get a job afterwards.
