Hi all
I’m in the process of arranging a trip to Eyemouth on behalf of the North West Regional Expedition Scheme (REDS) on Saturday & Sunday, 10 – 11th September 2011, with Marine Quest dive charters, and I have a number of places still available.
We are aiming to dive on the submarine the U-12 and a venture to one of the many sites around the area that hasn’t yet been identified, but both sites will be in the region of 45 – 50m.
Just to wet the appetite slightly, here’s a couple of links to u-tube for the U-12

The trip is open to all BS-AC members who are within the North West region who are; qualified to Dive Leader or above, and have significant experience and are properly equipped to dive to those depths.
The cost(s) will be in the region of £150 (give or take a few £) and will include, two days hard boat diving, two nights (Friday & Saturday) B & B accommodation at Marine Quest’s bunk house. That said; if you wish to make your own arrangements regarding the accommodation the costs will be adjusted accordingly. Extras will be travel, evening meals, gas, sofnolime / other personal consumables.
Anyway, if you interested please send me a pm and we can further discuss the arrangements.
