Hi,
We're in the process of reviewing our risk assessment and trying to figure out insurance for octopush. Specifically we want to know if our memebers are covered while playing octopush under the BSAC 3rd Party Insurance.
Three situations I want to consider:
player slips on the side of the pool, sues the club/pool
puck hits other player within club, other player sues club
during external competition, puck hits member of other club, that person sues.
