Branch Details Updates?

Why does it seem to be almost impossible to update branch contact details? As a Diving Officer of an overseas branch, I have tried repeatedly to update our branch contact details, and had no success?

BSAC HQ some time ago even said they would do it, but to date the old information is still displayed on the BSAC website? Surely this is essential to avoid losing valuable potential members because they cannot contact us?

This should not be happening now, we've tightened up procedures considerably in the light of previous problems in this area. The easiest way to update the details is via the online form (link below), this link is at the top of each regional list of branch contacts. Please note that web site details are on a separate form, see <a href="http://www.bsac.org/services/brwebregform.htm" >http://www.bsac.org/services/brwebregform.htm</a>

I will ask you to submit the form again, I am sorry if you have already done this but I want to make sure that it gets through. I have highlighted your comments to HQ and I am sure that they will action any request. Give it a few weeks and then contact me personally if you are still having problems.

I have used the online form over a month ago and still no updates.....have to try again.....
