Zanzibar issues yellow fever warning
Travellers to Zanzibar are being warned to ensure they are vaccinated against yellow fever after an outbreak of the disease in Uganda - the first in 40 years - left 53 dead. Symptoms of the msosquito-borne virus - which has 50% mortality rate - include headaches, backache, fever, nusea and vomiting blood.
