Updating Branch Details

Can someone tell me what the lead time is to have the Branch detials updated. I submitted some changes for our branch 2 -3 weeks ago that don't seem to have taken. I don't know how long I should leave it til re-submitting.

Hi Gary,

Could I suggest as a starting point you phone membership at HQ and ask if they've received your up-dated details. I'm sure you'll get the response you require in an instant
