Club Contact Details on the BSAC website not up to date !!

how does a club get these pages updated?

Our entry is well out of date and we wonder whether
1 we are losing potential members
2 anoying whoever has got that phone number now (as the contact has moved away)

I've emailed Website enquiries <a href="mailto:webmaster@bsac.com">webmaster@bsac.com</a> with the updated details but to no avail- the branch website entry is upto date (updated using the online form)

Has anyone else got this problem and can BSAC fix it please

I've filled in the on line form about four times, we've sent in the paper form at least once and we can not get our entry changed either. We only changed the web site two years ago....

I can only apologise for the problems that you have been having. This is my responsibility and I did take action on your messages at the weekend, I am also attempting to tighten up our procedures so that we can stop this happening again.

A new software management system is being installed at HQ to deal with things like the branch contacts updates, this software is not yet operational but I hope that it will be fully working in the coming weeks. I have also asked that we formalise our procedures and make it clearer on our web sites just how you go about updating information, this lack of clarity has contributed to these problems.

This is my fault, I?m doing what I can to try and sort it out for you.
