Our pool have carried out a risk assesment and have said we have to store the cylinders in a totaly seperate place to the rest of our dive kit. Has any one any information on the correct storage of cylindrs etc.

What is their concern? Do they not want compressed gas cylinders on the premises? (If so, do they have fire extinguishers?) or is there some bizarre hazard involving co-location of scuba cylinders and other diving kit, such as the risk of someone wanting to go diving?

I'm not quite sure that I see what their problem is. Presumably someone has tried talking to them?

It is worth asking to see the risk assessment so you can then decide whether their assessment of the risks are realistic.
