It has just come to my attention that the 'South West Fletcher Boat Rally' will be taking place primarily on Saturday 23rd April centred on Babbacombe Bay near Torquay.
As Torbay is a popular dive location, and there are several popular shore dive locations in the bay, be sure to have a prominent SMB if you plan to dive here.
