Hi everyone,
I am new here, so I thought I'd start outright with a question!
I have bought a couple of old-ish oceanic 1st stages off ebay which I intended to clean up myself and then send them for inspection/service at a local dive shop, but I can't seem to find a list of serial numbers for oceanic regs except recalls! :( classic oceanic!
They are both A clamp regs, two different models.
I consider myself a diver but here's my weakness... terminology! So i will try to explain as best I can. The A-clamp is in line with the centre-line of the regulator body on one of them, this one has 3 LP ports and a single HP port, its serial number is 001648, there is no swiveling body on this.
On the other 1st stage, the A-clamp is perpendicular to the body of the regulator, there are 4 LP ports and 2 HP ports, again there is no swiveling body on this reg, here the serial number reads 033757.
I have attempted to attach photos, not sure if these have worked!
If someone could help me ID these regs it would be most appreciated!
