'Angler', as in fishing? Or do you mean diver as in the subject? Don't think you'll have much luck with the fishing - fishing lines and diving don't really mix :o\
For diving, your best bet would probably be to contact BSAC HQ - BSAC do a disabled diving awareness course, so I imagine they'll be able to tell you what clubs the people doing that course came from. Have a look round the website and i'm sure there'll be someone obvious to contact.
