For Diving in the Izu peninsula try Discovery Divers Tokyo, you can email Jim Goddard on Info@discoverydiverstokyo.com , if you plan on travelling further south and diving on the islands, then Amami Oshima is an unspoilt gem and certainly not as thrashed out as Okinawa at the moment it is winter here and the water temp on today's dive was 21 ;) drop me a email at info@scubajapan.com and let me know what time of the year your planning on coming to Japan as we have turtle egg laying season, whale season etc - hope the info helps - John ( if you email Jim let him know that I referred you, thanks)
