Medical requirements overseas

:D Hello Folks,
We've been playing with the new WIKI BSAC Encyclopaedia/Diving Dictionary.

I'd like to know if people would be prepared to supply information about the medical requirements in different countries for the information page that we have here:

It's a bit out of date, and I'd like to correct that if possible.
You can add new information to the page yourself if you like, but if you can't work out how to do it, just let me know here and I'll gladly help you with it (or just post the information here) .

The thought occurred that we should place countries in alphabetical order within the respective sections:-)

I've just added the month and year to show when it was added, so that people can see how current the information is.
I plan to index it by country (or something similar), then people can look down the contents list for the country they're planning to visit.
Maybe we'll even get a link from the BSAC Travel section if it kicks off as hoped.
That's the plan anyway.
